What are the SC Awards?
The SC Awards are cybersecurity’s most prestigious award program, recognizing and honoring outstanding innovations, organizations, and leaders that are advancing the practice of information security. Our mission is to highlight the outstanding achievements of individuals, teams, and organizations, and unveil their success stories to our ecosystem of 2.4 Million cybersecurity professionals.
Who can enter?
The SC Awards are open to all information security vendors, service providers and professionals with current operations in North America (U.S. and Canada). This includes vendors and service providers that offer a product and/or service for commercial, government, educational, nonprofit, and more. The awards are designed to celebrate outstanding innovations, organizations, and leaders advancing information security.
Are there fees to enter the SC Awards?
There is a fee for the SC Awards program, $400 (early bird rate) per entry or $595 standard entry rate per entry.
Are there new categories?
Every year, we introduce new categories and make modifications to existing ones to ensure they reflect the dynamic shifts in our industry. Competition for SC Awards is spread across 34 specialty categories, many updated to reflect trends in artificial intelligence, cloud security and continuous threat exposure management. This year we are pleased to introduce 4 new categories:
- Best AI / ML Data Analytics Security Solution
- Best Continuous Threat Exposure Management Solution
- Best Insider Threat Solution
- Best Supply Chain Security Solution

How do I submit entries?
Entries can be submitted via this site by setting up an account. Go to the top navigation and click on MY ACCOUNT to “Create a New Account.” For returning entrants, you can use the same credentials for this year’s award entries. Login your email address and password.
Please note: SC Media reserves the right to publish details of the entries on www.scmagazine.com and related material. If certain details must be kept confidential, please indicate this clearly on the entry, including exactly what information is not to be publicly disclosed. Please be specific about what information cannot be disclosed - do not simply mark the entire entry confidential.
How do I pay for entries?
When you completed your entry details, click ‘add to cart’ and checkout to submit payment. All entries must be submitted and paid online by either Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
How can I get a refund on submitted entries?
Refunds will not be issued once an entry has been submitted and paid for online. The submitter has the right to remove an entry, but a refund for the entry fee will not be given.
